It's touching, heartfelt, and hard. I felt very close to the families and victims in this space. The personal touch, plane tickets, jackets... pieces of the the lives lost there in front of you is very powerful.

The 9/11 Tribute Museum was a highlight of our trip to New York. The museum was a tasteful and respectable tribute to lives lost and the survivors.

The museum creators have taken time to tell so many stories of people who were connected first-hand to 9/11. And the exhibits are also hopeful, as they take time to tell of the many good things that have come about as a result of that day in history.

It's emotional, thought provoking, and gives one an even bigger sense of pride that this country could pull together in the face of such tragedy. The stories are personal, the artifacts are personal, and it is well worth the visit.

I love the pick-me-up at the end where you can post what contributions to society you have made and have it posted.

I have been to a number museums around the world, nothing has matched the 9/11 Tribute Museum … this place is simple and classy. The museum does a fantastic job honoring all those who were involved with 9/11 in someway … This something that everyone must experience.

A must see for every American. Wonderful artifacts and stories of heroism, and all the good in our society, from strangers helping strangers, to fire and police that kept going up the stairs.

This is a very, very emotional tour. It never ceases to amaze me, and it never ceases to make me "feel”… This was my second visit (first time was in 2014) to the 9/11 Tribute Museum… This is an amazing experience that you're not gong to find anywhere

I can't express how well done this museum depicted events leading up to that dreadful day, emotions of that day and how we recovered as a nation. Volunteers were fantastic and passionate about the museum and NYC!

A once in a life time opportunity to meet people with a personal link to 9/11. I honestly would go to New York for the sole purpose of revisiting the Tribute [Museum]. So different to any other experience. So much respect.
