Self-Guided Group Visit to 9/11 Tribute Museum
Learn about the attacks of 9/11 through personal stories, videos and objects. Whether your group has just half an hour or can spend more time, they will gain insight and understanding into how 9/11 was experienced by those who were there. Exhibitions share insights into the events of 9/11, highlight the resilient stories of the people directly affected and will inspire visitors to engage in acts of service in their own communities.
Group Audio Tour of 9/11 Tribute Museum & 9/11 Memorial
Guide yourself through the galleries of the 9/11 Tribute Museum and the 9/11 Memorial. Hear personal stories and reflections from family members who lost loved ones, survivors, first responders and recovery workers. Their stories interpret gallery artifacts and guide visitors to the 9/11 Memorial where stories also reflect upon the symbolism of the 9/11 Memorial. Ideal for large groups with limited time.
9/11 Tribute Museum Education Program
Students will tour the museum’s galleries to experience the impact of 9/11 through the stories of those who were there, focusing on learning through primary sources: videos, artifacts, images and oral histories. After touring the galleries, students may speak with a 9/11 Tribute Museum guide who will share their personal 9/11 experiences, answer questions and engage students in dialogue about the future.
9/11 Tribute Museum & One World Observatory Discounted Package
Combine a self-guided group tour of the 9/11 Tribute Museum with a visit to the Observatory on the 100th – 102nd floors at the top of One World Trade Center. The Observatory offers exhibits and restaurants, all with exquisite views that seem to go on forever. Pricing available upon request.
