A once in a life time opportunity to meet people with a personal link to 9/11. I honestly would go to New York for the sole purpose of revisiting the Tribute [Museum]. So different to any other experience. So much respect.

I can't express how well done this museum depicted events leading up to that dreadful day, emotions of that day and how we recovered as a nation. Volunteers were fantastic and passionate about the museum and NYC!

She told the story so well and with her heart and true feelings. I was very humbled this day. I had so many emotions flowing through me, sad, uplifting and anger. I will never forget the experience of going there.

We, as a group of eight ranging from ages 9 - 65 years old went on the walking tour. Definitely include this in your visit to the 9/11 memorial. Our guides, Joan and Pete painted such a real and vivid picture of the terrorist attack that brought NY to it’s knees and the world together as we watched the horror unfold on that unforgettable day and the weeks, months and years to follow.

Me and my daughter visited today. We enjoyed this very much. The firefighter that talked was really informative and gave us a look into what it was like to be there. We are so glad we decided to come. Thank you so much!

Their depth of knowledge and individual personal stories stemming from the events that took place on 9/11 were very touching and highly informative … the [9/11 Tribute Museum] added such a high degree of depth and context to our experience in a very intimate way.

This might be the most powerful memory we take from our trip to NYC.

Everyone knows about the events of 9/11 but this museum focuses on the personal stories of those involved. A very moving experience.
